Do you like the program and have good things to say about it? I mainly want to transfer because its a faster program and they choose all clinical placements unlike UTA where you have to find your own preceptors. I understand any NP Program can be hard, but how are the classes, support, tests, the clinical intensive? Do you have any recommendations? I'm transferring in patho and theory so I'll be taking pharm and EBP in the Spring. Sorry for all the questions I just want to make sure I have all the information before fully committing and transferring. I appreciate it!!

Hi! I just got accepted for the FNP program for Spring 2023. In currently going to UTA and was wondering if it’s worth transferring? How are classes and the work load? Is it manageable working full time? I’m trying to weigh out my pros and cons

My degree plan was pretty straightforward! 2 classes per semester one at time. The first two classes I’m registered to take this fall is theory and patho. I’m taking theory the first 5 weeks first and then patho for 11 weeks. Did you happen to get in?

Hi everyone! I'm looking into applying for the fall before the application deadline is due. I already got acceptance from UTA but want to have another option. To those who already started the program how do you like it? Is it manageable? Do you take one course at a time like UTA?

I got an email and it said that it would only be $250 not free or covering up to the first credit hour

I got accepted into the program and start on 8/22 but not feel discouraged with the reviews I have seen. Anyone that is in the program would you recommend? I don’t mind having to teach myself and the online work since that is how I pretty much learn.

I am also starting the FNP program on August 22! Originally I was going to start on 7/5 but pushed back the date. It would be great to start getting to know each other to possibly study in future classes!

Hi everyone! I just applied to UTA online FNP program for the 7/4 start date. I have a 3.4 cumulative GPA and a 3.5 nursing GPA. I'm wondering if this is competitive enough for admission. So I received the on boarding email. From what I understand we can’t buy the own brand of scrubs that we want (figs) ?

I haven’t received any emails except for my offer letter. Who was it from?

I’m going to be in ICU and I’ll be getting a critical care unit differential as well

My offer stated the $2 increase in July. I believe when you accept that offer you are accepting the 2 year contract as well. That’s what was stated in my offer letter.
