I was forced to resign from my first job at a busy Telemetry unit. It's hard, but you can't just point the finger. You have to take a very hard objective look at yourself, and what you could have done better. After the initially humiliation, pain, discouragement of loosing my first job, I felt an odd sense of relief. I frankly really hated the unit I was on! We all started our careers on a bad start, it can only get better from here! Good luck to my fellow fired/forced to resign graduate nurses brothers and sisters!!!?

Hi, I didn't get any interviews, and I'm really confused as to why. I turned in all the appropriate information on tim. I think I know what went wrong. I applied for some clinic RN positions too, and updated my resume on that application. When I changed my resume on that application, I think I changed my resume date on ally my applications. So technically my resume wasn't uploaded on time.

Hello, I applied to the UTSW Nurse Residency for July 2019. I applied for acute medical and surgical. I'm waiting to for more updates, and to hopefully get an interview. Any one who applied could you please state what units you've applied for, have you gone on and interviews, what the interviews are like, and if you get hired or rejected? Thank you!
