  1. Hello, everyone. I'd like to ask for your help/inputs/suggestions. Before anything else, I'd like to share a bit about me just so you know my current situation. I am a foreign-educated nurse (BSN) and I recently passed the NCLEX. I'm currently licensed to practice in Oregon. I have no work experience (nursing-related) whatsoever. Can anyone please advise me as to how I can land a job as a nurse in Oregon? What are the requirements that I should secure before applying or what institution would be welcoming to an unexperienced RN? I am not familiar because I am presently living in California. I'm not picky regarding the salary and location because I can relocate anywhere in Oregon. I just want to be able to practice my profession and gain experience. Please, any help and advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated. P.S. I've checked Indeed for job openings but almost all require an experience.
