  1. Hi dear! I’m sorry, I forgot to update, I was accepted into CEP in February. Did you hear anything?
  2. THATS AWESOME!!! ????? CONGRATULATIONS HUN!! Good luck to you! I know you’ll do great! ????
  3. Honestly, I stopped checking. I don’t think anyone would give up their seat now unless they got into CEP and CEP placement was months ago, so they knew months ago and dropped off the waitlist… or there was a life or death situation and they had to drop out…. Either way we would’ve heard something by now…. I think ? LOL
  4. Nothing at all LOL
  5. I need to work on mine too! And absolutely! Everything in Gods’ time. We’ll get there ☺️
  6. It really is! I’ll be applying to CEP this fall if I don’t get into traditional so I’m not stressing too much, it’s just the excitement of getting an email LOL. They don’t email you if you don’t get into traditional, because people are always dropping out or joining CEP that means that a spot could open at anytime. I spoke with my advisor and she said that if I don’t hear anything 3 weeks before the Spring semester starts then I for sure didn’t get into traditional placement. But now I have to wait for December to submit my CEP application? wait here… wait there… wait wait wait LOL
  7. Man I’m on pins and needles waiting for a response. I’ve been checking all day, everyday, every minute! what's advanced placement?
  8. ? I know now I’ll be restless until I hear (or don’t hear) something. Ah! I’m over at MCC and I think it’s the same through out the maricopa colleges because it’s all one pool. *sigh* and we wait LOL well…Good luck to you! ☺️
  9. my advisor just responded and this is what she said - You only get an email if you've been accepted. The initial rounds began going out last week and will continue to go out until all spots are filled so continue to watch you maricopa.edu email account. If someone declines their spot or doesn't reply their spot will be offered to the next person on the list and spots will be filled until 3 weeks before the Spring semester in January.
  10. Yes I received the possible placement for Spring 2022 cycle from Maricopa. Okay, I’ll go ahead and email my advisor and see what she has to say. What are your school choices if you don’t mind me asking.
  11. So will we get a letter saying we didn’t get placed if we don’t or… nothing at all… did you see any posts with that info? Because I feel we should’ve heard something early this morning if not yesterday… what do you think?
  12. Hi hun! I actually meant to reach out and find out the same thing. I didn’t get anything, I’m checking my email every second. I wonder how long they’ll take to send them out ?
  13. Hi Guys! for those of you that were accepted. Did you receive an email about placement the semester before? my timestamp is 07.2019 and I received an email about possible placement in Spring 2022.. Is that just a general thing that they do?
  14. Hey all! I applied to the Traditional program is July of 2019 and I received an email about possible placement for Spring 2022. Does anyone know if they usually send that email when you're next because since I've been on the wait-list I've never gotten an email like that. Or is it just when you hit that 2year mark they send? I did and I'm wondering if that means placement will be for Spring 2022... I know it's not guaranteed. However, I've been on the wait wait since 2019 and never got an email like that.
  15. OOOOhhh I understand. that makes sense! Thank you!! Berna, if you don't mind me asking. How may points did you apply with?
  16. I've had around 80 credits for the past two years and I just never applied for a degree because I was told they cut financial aid if you do. Neways I did apply over the Summer! since May actually! still waiting on it ?
  17. That's awesome!! congratulations!! Thanks you for responding ?
  18. What's the difference? My advisor signed off on my check list and it reads Associates in Arts (AA) Degree with AGEC-A. I'm confused ? Also, Thank you for responding!
  19. hi! I noticed that someone said a regular associates in arts AA (AGEC-A) does not count toward the CEP rubric. Therefore 2.5 point will not be awarded to those with this type of degree... is this true? because the rubric says 2.5 point for AA... it's an AA why won't they accept this? has anyone applied to the CEP with this degree? following... it doesn't make any sense.. the rubric says AA- 2.5 points. it's an AA... and why all other degrees accepted but that one?

  21. Does anyone know if you can retake classes to bump your GPA?
  22. Did you ever apply with the 78? if so, did you get in? My first couple years of college I was super lazy and got Bs when I calculated my GPA for the classes they need Is about a 3.3/3.4 and my HESI scores were 88.6 over English and 96 math. total 90% . When I calculated my average is about the same a 78... I applied anyway because I heard form a friend that she spoke to someone that got in with a low 70 ?
  23. Did you get a response?
