  1. Thanks! Now I wait haha. Have you taken it?
  2. I really just used UWorld primarily! I finished the QBank overall 61% correct...toward the end I was getting between 60-70% on my exams. I placed in the 85th percentile on the Practice RN exam with a "very high" chance of passing. I thought the NCLEX was SUPER similar to UWorld!
  3. Late to this thread, but I just took the NCLEX today! I finished super quickly (I've always been a fast test taker) and had 60 questions. I felt okay walking about but really had no idea where I stand ? I just did the PVT and got the "good" pop up, so I'm hoping it's accurate! Going to be a long 48 hours but happy to not have to worry about the NCLEX for the time being.
  4. Sorry for the late response. After I submitted my first application, they e-mailed me a link with a username and password to check my app status!
  5. Congratulations!!! What unit? My application still says "under review." I am an out-of-state student though and did not attend the open house, so I'm not very optimistic about it...I knew chances were slim prior to applying anyway! But we'll see I guess!
  6. I'm interviewing on the Pediatric Transplant Floor! What are you guys doing to prepare?!
  7. I didn't go to the open house but I applied to a few positions on February 4th and have not heard anything yet
  8. Hi! New to this thread. I just applied today for the Summer 2020. I am interested in Peds! I currently work as a tech in a pediatric med-surg floor, so I am hoping that helps!!
  9. After some thinking, I've decided to go elsewhere. I've already submitted my deposit back in December, but I emailed them just now after hearing of an acceptance to a different school. This has been SUCH a hard decision for me, but I wish everyone the best of luck. JHU is an incredible school, and it makes me sad I won't be attending. Good luck to everyone, and hopefully some spots on the waitlist will open up. (I've read in the FB group of a few others in a similar situation). Congrats everyone!!!! :)
  10. Log into Facebook | Facebook Does this work?
  11. I made a Facebook group called "UMSON CNL FALL 2018" FYI!
  12. Double check your email. They sent me an email saying I wasn't accepted then 5 minutes later they sent another one saying the e-mail was sent to the wrong recipients and to disregard it.... what an error haha
  13. GREs were optional for JHU - recommended but not required. I'm in the same boat....really struggling between JHU and UMD...but a good problem to have! Congrats to everyone who has been accepted and good luck to everyone else who is waiting. :)
  14. Just got my acceptance!! It's on SURFS ... says "Admit - Institution" Yay!!!!
  15. Also, I was just told that decisions for non-admitted applicants will also begin to be released this week and will continue throughout March and April. They'll receive an email instead than a physical letter in the mail. That decision will also be reflected in SURFS. Sooo, good luck everyone!
