Just an update...my background check passed!

The school originally said April 3 but now it's later thank God! Castlebranch, however, assure me that everything would be done prior to April 3rd when I started the process. They gave me the time frame and stated that they are always completed within that time frame. They were obviously very wrong!

I've called them a number of times. This was supposed to be complete by April 3.

Another week down and still no final results from Castlebranch!

I'm sure it's probably by GWCC orientation...I wonder when that will be.

Hi Everyone's is pending the Nationwide wants and warrants. I've spoken to them multiple times and there is nothing they can do to speed it up. The schools are aware also. Another topic: any idea when all the immunizations, cpr are due, and when our drug test will be?

Is anyone else still waiting on Castlebranch to complete the background check? It's going on 3 weeks and all they can say is that one of the vendors is taking a long time. Is this normal?

Hi all, In 2012 there was an incident with my ex son-in-law in which he gave false reports to the police regarding my daughter and me in order to take custody of their son from my daughter. Both me and my daughter were given tickets for misdemeanor 3-the charges were bogus and dismissed once we told the DA the story. Here's what the background check shows: Count: 1 Misdemeanor 3 Harassment-strike/shove/kick No plea Dismissed by District Attorney No conviction No trial So, does anyone know if this will stop me from continuing on into nursing school? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Speaking from personal experience, there is absolutely nothing similar in being raped and being robbed. Until you have experienced rape or sexual abuse you should refrain from making statements like these.
