  1. oh I hope its different this time! When I called the hospital HR 2 days ago and asked if it was OK that I don't have my license just yet she said it was fine as long as I have it by the interview date.
  2. got an email for an in person interview next week!
  3. I applied to the StaRN in riverside community hospital as well ? I completed the on-demand interview, which was pretty easy since it allowed you to re record. the next day I received an email from the recruiter informing me that she will be in touch with me in the next few weeks. haven't heard back since then! that was last week.
  4. CONGRATS and good luck! just wondering, does your application say "under recruiter review" or does it say something else?
  5. Hey everyone, CONGRATS to all of you on the acceptance and I wish you the best of luck! The application for the program is opening again in about a week and I had a couple of questions. Did you guys have to submit your portfolio as part of the online application when you first apply? What format did you have for the volunteer experience- resume style with short descriptions or essay style? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
  6. theres a new posting for new grad L&D as of today. Hoping there will be more postings for other units because they cant be having a new grad program just for one unit right? it says it is for the october 2020 new grad program.
  7. hello! I applied as well but I don't know much about that hospital. Also on one page they said RN license before the start of the program and one page they listed active RN license as a requirement. I don't have my RN license yet so I don't know if ill be considered.
  8. Hello! I applied to Neuro ICU and Neuro/trauma. Good luck!
  9. Hello everyone! I haven't seen any posts regarding the new grad RN program for Fall 2020 at Loma Linda University Health so I decided to start a forum. My application currently just says "under review" and it says in the FAQ that interviews take place between July 20-August 28. Good luck!
  10. congratulations on the interview! if you don't mind me asking. will your interview be in person or virtual? I have not received a call yet!
  11. Hi everyone! I applied to Neuro ICU and Cardiovascular Thoracic ICU on 6/8 and my application still says "under review". I have not gotten the email to complete a personality test. Hoping that's not a bad sign.
  12. @soon_tobenurse1 it is not the same portal that we applied on anymore. it is a new portal that they give you the link to when you get an email from them!
  13. they did not ask for a deposit yet because they said the official letter will come in 2-3 weeks. the email just said to email back and say if we intend to enroll by march 16th
  14. I received the acceptance email as well!! my application status has not changed on the website but the email said that the official acceptance will come in 2-3 weeks. I hope you all get the good news soon!
  15. Hi everyone, I was also confused about check in time for the interview but after emailing the assist director of admissions, she told me to ignore the check in time that was on the confirmation email and to just check in at the time that I️ signed up for the interview, so my check in time will be 12:45
  16. @macyymace no, I only received the interview selection email!
  17. I just received an email informing me that Ive been selected for an interview. So excited and nervous! good luck to everyone!
  18. I received an email last week saying to submit the final transcript by January 15th (because I am still in school and will graduate in the end of December) and to make sure that all of my recommenders have submitted the recommendation by January 15th (I think one or two of my recommenders have not submitted it yet). So I don't think they will review my application until both of these things are submitted. and I know that final grades for my school are not due until January 2nd. so it is a waiting game for me.
  19. wow awesome! no I have not heard back yet, has anyone gotten any emails about the interview?
  20. is anyone else having trouble logging into decision desk? it won't even let me log in anymore it says password is wrong even when I change it
  21. @futureERRN I made sure to answer all of the things they said to mention in the Evaluation criteria document that they have online. I don't know if you are still in school but I went to the writing center at my school and had a counselor look it over a few times before turning it in. If you are not in school I would suggest letting old professors proof read it or coworkers if you know anyone who is a good writer. I just turned in my application today. best of luck!
