true by hospital I was also indicating towards the functioning of a unit. Culture and respect are some of the common factors nurses have been indicating towards a unit having. Thanks for the reply really appreciate it

@JBMmom That is an environment I hope my current hospital reaches as well. To you the work environment and culture is a big factor when seeking another opportunity am I correct. Would pay play an important role or a greater role than the environment/culture?

My contract was signed today!!!

Yes, I had to resubmit some of my documents, the application status change is a normal process, I got an email today to resign the contract. Did you get an email today as well?

What happened to you?

My status changed from in final review to under review and I can not see my signed contract?!?!?
