Depending on the facility/organization and the area of the country, a BSN can be required for frontline/entry-level manager positions, an MSN can be required or preferred for middle management positions, and an MSN can be required for senior-level and up positions. A DNP in many areas is exceeding expectations if you are applying for entry through senior-level management positions but may be required for executive-level positions. If you are in an area with very few MSNs in leadership (there used to be ADNs in leadership where I used to live), you are doing well. Good Luck!

OP, I received my MSN after my MBA. As far as career and financial compensation, talk to recruiters. In my personal opinion, it will not make a difference for you to have 3 master's degrees.
