For those of you who have accepted a position and gone to employee health, did they test fit y'all for the PAPR or was it just that video and the handout like for me? Also, have y'all heard anything after y'all went to the appointment?

It all depends on the nurse manager! I had an offer in Austin two weeks ago and they gave me two weeks vs UTSW who offered but only gave a day. I ended accepting at BUMC CTTICU! But it just goes to show that it all depends

Got an offer for PCU! I will be rejecting though as I accepted a residency at BSWH BUMC ICU. Hopefully it’s offered to one of y’all!

Hi Y'all! Interviewed with BUMC yesterday and hoping to hear good news! They said I would hear back by Monday afternoon latest after sending a thank you email so hoping that means something good LOL

UTSW was good! Behavioral questions for the most part. I has tests the two days they had interviews so they were accommodating of doing a Skype interview which I appreciated.

Awesome! I applied to Parkland, had an interview with UTSW, and did the video interview of the application for BSW! I'm hoping to start hearing soon because I'm relocation from San Antonio and would like to plan my life after nursing school!

That's awesome! I'll be traveling to Dallas for this summer externship but I hope it can help me get a residency in the ICU once I graduate.
