Hello to all!
I just got my schedule today and here it is: I only go to school Tues. and Thur. from 8:00am-2:00 Pm and then back at 6:00 pm-9:30 pm the same day. Anyone else have a schedule like this??? Also did any of you have to take basic and intermidiate Algebra??? They said I could test out of it the first day of class but I don't think I want too. I think it would be good for me. Also Is college English hard? What does it consist of???? Thanks all of you for your advice.:nuke:

Nope, English is not a hard subject. But then again...my English is somewhat improper at times. LOL.
My strong subjects = Science & Math. Don't hold it against me. HAHA

Those math's are to prepare you for college algebra which is a requirement. I hadn't had math in over 20 years so needed the remedial courses. I am taking college algebra in the fall.

If you post in the student section you'll probably get a lot more responses from people who are in your shoes right now with those prereqs.
Well, I am glad I am not alone when it comes to math:uhoh21:. I think the people that are good in math are so blessed:wink2:! I pray I am one of those one day...lol... Hopefully starting from the ground up will strengthen me even more for the college math. I never made it to highschool so I never really learned the math:sniff:. I just learned it enough to get by. I hope the best for you all! God Bless!!!
Thanks! I will go to that section.:nuke:

I had to take 2 years of math classes to work my way up to statistics, and it took me 2.5 years to finish all of my pre-reqs. I started at one of the lowest math classes and worked my way up and I am glad I did, I have a much better understanding of it all, makes the caculations for nursing school much easier to get.
