Pre Reqs Question

Hi! I'm a C/O 26 HS senior who applied to TAMU (college station) for public health & UH for pre-nursing to complete my pre-reqs.

I got accepted into both programs, but am having trouble between picking one. I would greatly appreciate if someone (preferably in either of these programs) could share some useful information. Thanks! ?

Extra Info: location wise I'm closer to UH than TAMU. One of my main concern is housing/dorm. I do have a majority of my non science pre-reqs done as dual/college credit.
