possibly head injury?

I'll try to make this short. I've had passing-out spells since I was around 12, and around 19 was finally diagnosed with Neurally Mediated Hypotension. My bp drops suddenly and I end up on the ground. As I've gotten older it's gotten better. Tonight, though, I passed out as I was going out the back door and hit the concrete patio pretty hard. :banghead: I've had so many concussions in my life from passing out and then hitting various hard surfaces - marble floors, asphalt, down a flight of stairs, etc. I've got a pretty good goose-egg on my forehead now and am just wondering if I should get in with the doc tomorrow. I'm not going to the ER tonight or anything like that, just taking the tylenol and using the ice pack. Is there any use in getting in tomorrow if I've already got a mild concussion? There's nothing they can do anyway, right? Don't get me wrong, I am going to get back in with the doc sometime to probably start back on meds, but does it need to be a "get me in today" kind of thing?

By the way, I did wake up my roommate and told her to come check on me a couple of times tonight. I know the drill...

Thanks
