You can look at tech schools, adult ed centers, local community colleges, trade schools. You can also see if your local long term care facilities offer a CNA course, as some do.
You could also contact the state BON and see if you could comp the LPN exam. That may give you a little more money than a CNA would. Depends also on the job market.
Good luck in your endevours.

Check with your state board of nursing to find out the process on becoming certified as a CNA. In most states, you don't need to take a special CNA class first if you've already completed the entire nursing program - usually once you've passed the first semester of nursing school, it qualifies you to take the certification exam.
thanks a lot to giving me time to response.

Talk to the state board. Are you failing because you have trouble with English, test anxiety, or actual comprehension of the questions? The first are easy fixes before testing. The third, you can do a refresher or study more nclex books.

I do not know you personally but based on the grammar in your initial post and discussions I have had with international nurses that have had difficulty passing NCLEX, I think it would be beneficial for you to take an english as a second language class, maybe one geared toward medical professionals if such a thing exists. If you were practicing as a nurse in another country you probably have the knowledge base to pass the NCLEX but are having trouble answering the questions correctly because of the language barrier. Good luck!
m thinking same loo17 and thanks for response me..... I really need a job and for now just want become a CNA. guys do you know other things like after fail nclex , what other job can I do? I searched a lot but I didn't find what m looking for....

If you are having difficulty with the English language & syntax you may have issues with the written CNA exam as well as communicating with the patients. Some areas have free, if not low cost, ESL classes to help you refine your English language skills.
You may have some help by watching American TV for conversational English.
If you do not have good command of the English language you will likely have difficulty obtaining healthcare employment that requires patient interaction (CNA, unit clerk, etc) whether oral or written communication.
