Please Help

Hi I will be working soon. I already had my background check, fingerprint and drug test. I want to start in Medical Surgical. I am very nervous and anxious. I graduated 2004 I passed my Nclex for the first try last year. I have 6 months old baby that's why it's very complicated for me to work before because of my first baby. But now I feel this is the right time for me to work. I am ready but I feel I don't know anything about Nursing :(((. Please help me!!!

I am confused as well. What does this have to do with Filipino issues?

i figure he/she means it's been some time since he/she passed the NCLEX and feels anxious about starting practice. So anxious in fact she didn't even direct her question toward anything specific.

If my understanding is correct, achood will be working for the first time as a nurse. Well, all I can say is, relax and enjoy your orientation, I am sure that they will train you before they turn you loose. A lot of US hospitals have training program for new nurses. they have preceptorship program.

like my small hospital, we have, med surg classes for new nurses, also we have critical care classes for nurses who want to work in ICU.
