Please help me with my Master’s Thesis!

Hello, I'm currently in the process of completing my Master's Thesis project. I am researching what obstacles are in place that prevent floor or staff nurses from participating in unit change.

I would be eternally grateful if you could take this survey, it shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes. It is completely anonymous.

Also this survey is focused on nurses from the USA, so while I would love feedback from everyone I can only take answers from US nurses.

Not to rain on your parade, but how are you going to verify that your respondents are actually nurses??

I'm aware that I can't actually verify if the respondents are actually nurses and that's part of the limitations of my survey. I've posted it to a nurse-oriented website and I ask if the respondent is a nurse but that is about all I can do to keep respondent's anonymity and also be able to get a variety of respondents.
