I'm aware that I can't actually verify if the respondents are actually nurses and that's part of the limitations of my survey. I've posted it to a nurse-oriented website and I ask if the respondent is a nurse but that is about all I can do to keep respondent's anonymity and also be able to get a variety of respondents. Thank you for your input though I do appreciate it.

Hello, I'm currently in the process of completing my Master's Thesis project. I am researching what obstacles are in place that prevent floor or staff nurses from participating in unit change. I would be eternally grateful if you could take this survey, it shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes. It is completely anonymous.
