Well, there is no way that any of us can help you find your status. Unfortunately, waiting and anxiety are a part of the interview/job seeking process.
Your interview process sounds promising. Try to keep a positive outlook and try to ride out the anxiety of the situation!

In the US recruiters normally do not make FORMAL offers until 2 references and background check is complete. Should they decide NOT to hire you MOST do NOT call you again. Good Luck
merrywidow,I dont know exactly what is his position,he was in HR department. While phone interview he asked about my US experience, after knowing that only he invited me for direct interview. Then his approach was like already hired.Gave instructions about future procedures and i have signed background check, collected my id,license everything and kept it in a file.I asked will i get position?he told its depends on director's response and i felt that she was too much happy and talked too much out of job too.I didnt felt that she is not impressed with my answers and experience.anyway still with tension dear.please do pray for me.thank u for ur reply

Call your recruiter tomorrow and ask for an update on your application. There is no harm in asking.
As per your advice i called him today then he said he did not hear anything from or director.i am 100% sure that she is happy with me just because she told to incharge ,to show the inside of or and she told about uniform, preceptor etc....what i should expect?recruiter told he will call me once responds.is it worth to wait or i should start hunting again?please let me know.thanks once again
Never put all your eggs in one basket. Keep hunting for a job :)
I have applied to almost all hospitals some are not replied and some sent rejection emails.I have applied in THR rexas ,my status shows recruiter interview but no one called me .I have no way to contact them.what should i expect?I am too much depressed and never faced a situation like this to get a nursing job.
