Please, Help me come up with a topic for a research paper

Could you write about yoga; stress relief and added benefit physical fitness? I'm not even a student nurse but have read me many studies about the benefits of yoga. Or perhaps meditation? Good luck.

When all else fails, troll Healthy People 2020. They even have a new "Health-Related Quality of Life & Well-Being" topic. See if anything discussed there piques your interest.

I agree with PP, Healthy People is a great resource for ideas.

Off the top of my head...

-diets that impact health (e.g., gluten free eating on digestive health or immunity; or low carb eating on heart health)

-managing headaches (lifestyles and habits that help or hurt the occurrence of migraines)

-foot care such as diabetics using proper footwear to prevent ulcers

-the use of technology to manage medications or promote healthy living

-weight loss to improve hypertension

-the benefits of sunlight on mood and mental health

It may sound cliche, but you can write about the ways to avoid risks for impaired skin integrity... That would be related to your pressure ulcer topic. There is plenty of Evidence based studies and research on the topic that you can refer to.
