Mine was just a basic physical. Kinda reminded me of the sports physical that was required in high school. Of course there was a TB test too. Wasn't a big deal at all.

We didn't have a real physical. We just had to submit our primary care physician's contact info, proof of health insurance, proof of needlestick insurance, shot records for all immunizations and/or titer lab printouts, BLS card, and then we had to go take a urine drug screen.

medical history/immunization history...they may draw titers on you (they had to for me to check immunity against chickenpox)...check your vitals, listen to your heart/lungs, and that's pretty much it lol. Oh, and a TB test.

Just to add to what everyone else has said: we also had to sign that we had disclosed any health conditions like back problems or pregnancy. And we didn't have a drug screen, which really surprised me.

For me it was just the basic physical which consisted of: height, weight, blood pressure, eye sight, etc. Also, my immunization record, varicella titer, and TB test. It was not very in-depth.
