Sometimes you will not get the good pop up which is why we suggest you wait for official results. I think it has been everyone's experience that if you do get the pop up it is never wrong.

You see this is why I don't trust the pearson vue trick. Mine is getting that so-called "good pop-up" but I could have failed. It could be like your situation but vice versa. The waiting is making me sick, like literally. And the Quick Results link still hasn't come up because I am going to pay the 8 buck for the unofficial results.

She did not receive the pop up. She went straight to the credit card screen. This happens fairly often. However, no one has ever reported getting the pop up and failing. You are mixing two different results.

The pop up works. Going to the credit card screen can be a false negative.

If you got the pop up you passed. No one has ever reported receiving the pop up and failing. The op never received the pop up.
