Patience is a Virtue!

I have just received my I-140 receipt, it was filed in Nebraska service Center.I know it would probably take a year for its approval considering the no, of applicants. .for now I have to wait...

Actually to finally work in the US will really take sometime,.I have heard it would take 3 to 5 years of hanging around.I hope with those years spent I will still have the same enthusiasm that I am feeling right now.

For now I am enjoying my work as a ICU nurse, making my self busy.

I would like to thank all the active members here in Allnurses.com( suzanne, Lawrence, silverdragon ..and many more) who are making this website an amazing pastime for nurses where ever they maybe.

Keep up the gd work!

Thank you for the nice words :)

It is a long road to embark, and i am 1 of the nurses who is now in the 4th yr of playing the waiting game good news is my application was recieved by the London embassy begining of August so hopefully will be in the USA shortly.

It has always been a rollercoaster of a journey but i know 1 day myself and my family will be living and working in the USA and that has always been my dream. No one ever said it was going to be easy, so like many others we just have to keep the faith.

Hang in there.
