I did not work while in LPN school....I'm just not the one that can work full time and go to school full time! But if you find that you can, go for it! If you are working as a caregiver and can study at the same time.....do it!
Good luck in school....if you need help or any advice, please ask! ( I just got my LPN license in Feb. 09).
I'm leaving my full time job in two weeks to focus more on school. I will be trying to work part-time or full time but three days a week.
I'm currently signing up with an agency and I'll be filling in as a private duty CNA. I have my first case this weekend !!!!
My goal is to work very little during my next course, which is very intense.

Hi everyone,
I just started LPN school and I'm thinking of taking a part time job as a caregiver to have something to do since class is only 4 days a week. I'm not finding anything else and wondering if anyone thinks that I pursue this or just focus on school? I know school will get a lot more intense pretty quickly and I would appreciate any advice.
