Painful intercourse.

Could this be from a heavy yeast infection? I have been to the doc, different ones. I was prego in April 2007 and since then it has gotten worse and it hurts so badly with intercourse. I have been with BF for 5 years and he with me, we are always together he runs his own business and I work with him and we go home together. No cheating here. before I started dating him I was healthy in that area so I dont know what happened.

Could this be caused by a horrible yeast infection? I have been douching with warm water and iodine since Monday, I will continue until this coming up Monday. I feel better, and it seems to help but just a small change. At night I pull at myself, its so horrible I wake up and Im wet. UGHHHH

It seems to me that you need to see your gynecologist. At any rate, we certainly cannot offer medical advice on this board.

Per the Terms of Service, that is asking for medical advice, and we can't give you any answers. I do hope that you do find a doctor that can help you. Good luck to you.

Hi, there. I truly hope that you are able to find a resolution to this issue as soon as possible since it affects several aspects of one's life.

Have you been seen by your primary care physician or OB/GYN regarding the problems that you are having? The membership at allnurses: A Nursing Community for Nurses is not permitted to bestow medical advice. If you have not seen a physician about this specific problem, we urge you to please do so.

As already mentioned we are unable to offer medical advice as per Terms of service. You really need to see your PCP and be properly checked out

The doctors weren't able to give you any insight on the problem? With the info you gave sounds more like a bacterial infection especially if your douching all the time. All the doctors I have worked for discouraged douching because it destroys the "good" and "bad" lady partsl bacteria making your infection worse.
