packet 4 for nurses

hi people,

well yah know im new here in this site it would be helpful if someone will answer my question..i want to ask regarding packet 3 and packet 4 for nurses..my attorney filed my petition last june 2006 dont know what exact date and it was approved last august 16, 2006 and my attorney sends me the packet 3 august 26 and i send it back to her the other day. i would like to know when should i receive my packet 4?

It would help if we knew what packet 3 and packet 4 were, and why an attorney is involved.

packet 3 was already mailed by my attorney at NVC..attorney was involved coz she is my representative to file for my petition

Not quite sure but maybe this question might be better suited to the Philippean nurses threads. I think this packet thing may have something to do with immigration and working in the U.S.? Just a thought.

I still don't understand. Telling me that packet 3 was already mailed still doesn't tell me what packet 3 is.

Packet 3 and 4 are part of the process for immigration and a foreign nurse moving to the USA.

Packet 3 is paperwork to be filled in by the applicant and anyone she is bringing in with her (immediate family)when going through the process to work in the US
