I've got an email from NVC stated that I need to submit again another DS 230 so they will continue processing my papers. I did send them my new DS 230 awhile ago so they will received it by next week. Hope everythings doin fine with the papers that are now in packet 3 with updated DS 230 and now being processed. Just update me guys with your updated DS 230 if its already approved.

but i already send last year my documents like Ds 230,passport photos,NBI clearance,original birth certificate,and photocopy of my passport..did i miss something else?

Hi guys i'd like to ask if automated response voice system of NVC really accurate? i called NVC a while ago and they have said that i was missing some documents and they already mailed it last october 17 2006..i emailed my attorney today regarding this but she hasnt reply yet..i was confused why my attorney didnt say anything to me about this missing stuff if it was mailed last october by NVC.

a big sigh!!! visa bulletin this july is only for two months of happiness to all of us guys.

saunders 3rd edition is a good book to start if you are going to take your NCLEX..i read it and find it very helpfull..i studied for 4 days and passed it 1st time.

hi lawrence what about my case it was approved last august 16 and my attorney send me the DS 230 part1&2 and she already paid for my visa fee bill in septembet last year..and i called NVC they said that they already have my documents and gave me a case number and they said that it takes 2-4 weeks to completely reviewed my case but when i called them again last november they said that they cannot process my papers coz of no available visa..i just want to ask what if there is visa to be available again am i lined up for packet 4?

im very optimistic about this 90k visas for us nurses and pt's..dont lose hope guys everything will be fine..:w00t: im crossing my fingers!!! all we need to do is to pray that retrogression will end..

hi mtjmnov if u want to make sure that there is available schedule for hong kong u can call nclex hotline in australia they are 3 hrs ahead in time in our country. last year in september when i have my ATT i always check for schedule in pearsonvue but there is no available slot til december i think they are not updated. when i called in november they have an available slot for january 22 but instead they gave me january 3 coz one of the exam takers cancelled his schedule. so i think u should better call them to be sure for the sched..here's the number 0061294785400..by the way u cant use the touch tone card..just use your cellphone..hope it will help u :)

yap me too i didnt receive any notice or mail from nvc that they received my documents. i called nvc last october thats why i knew that they already have my DS part 1-2 and other documents that i should wait for 2-4 weeks to completely reviewed my case.

here's mine that was filed at texas service center. I-140 receipt date: july 7 2006 priority date: july 5 2006 approval notice: august 16 2006 my packet 3 still at NVC and completely reviewed but since there is a retrogression they cant send me packet 4.

i took my nclex-rn january 3 shut off at 75 questions for 40 mins and passed!

Hi elenova: what exact date did u took your exam? just wait for it im sure u will receive it by nxt week. i know the most anxious part after the exam is waiting for the result. u can check ur result in their website if u do have a SSN. cali bon post the results 2-3 days after u took it but as i have told u..u must have a SSN..good luck to u and i know u will passed too!!!:) thanks again!!
