Hi,
Is there anyone can give me feedback with regards to Equals International in Australia? I am planning to study an enrolled nurse division as a international student but quite scarry because I don't know if I can get a job right away after completing this course? or rather to take overseas distance learning of an aged care first?
The school told me that I can do this (aged care)then the 3 components like first aid etc..should be done in Australia in 1 month only. Do you think if I go to Autralia to complete the 3 components as a tourist visa can I apply for work afterwards? Is there any employer willing to sponsor?
Thanks.

"Is there any employer willing to sponsor?"
Are you asking if a US employer (for whom you currently do not work) will pay for you to complete an Australian nursing degree? Or an Australian employer?

Where do you live? Why are you looking for a foreign program? It would be better to work there first, to get experience, then work on getting your license here it that's the program you want.

Hi. I am referring to Australian employer.
@Roser13 - I am referring to Australian employer.
@nurse2033 - I am currently working in UAE but not as nurse. I am a business administration degree holder but I used to work in a pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative. I really want to study in Australia but I know it will be difficult because you to show an upfront fee and have big deposit in your account so I need to save for that. I am thinking to do an aged care via overseas distance learning -online and I found Equals International CRICOS. But need to take some practical assessment in Australia for a month to complete the said course. My problem is that I do not know if I will have a chance to be employed in aged care sector though I am an international student/overseas distance learner?

OK I think I get it, you are in UAE, want to take distance learning in Australia and maybe work there? Unless there is a severe nursing shortage I wouldn't think anyone would pay you to go to school. If you already work for a hospital, say, sometimes they will give you some money for school in return for working there when finished. I would think if you did the distance program, they worked in Australia based on that degree, then after a few years you could do where you want.
@nurse2033 - Hi, I will pay on my course fee that is why I am thinking to take up an aged care course first then maybe will continue into enrolled nurse. But, my question is Do you think I can get a job in Australia after completing this course from Equals International in Adelaide Australia through distance learning?

Aged care worker is not on the skills list. You would have to go through the usual immigration processes I would think.
Enrolled nurse is also not on the skills shortage list. I was aware students from overseas were entering the country to study small course etc. aged care, cooking, hairdressing on student visa at end of course were and sometimes given permanent residency, had heard they stopped that.
No one can guarantee a job and there. You first must have rights to work, this is done by skilled worker sponsor or by immigration and wait. There are agreements with some countries for working holiday visa, look on website Department of Immigration Citizenship
If you are from the Phillipines, this country is not one of them.
UK, canada, usa, eu countries, Ireland, Indonesia, china and several others are.
