@nurse2033 - Hi, I will pay on my course fee that is why I am thinking to take up an aged care course first then maybe will continue into enrolled nurse. But, my question is Do you think I can get a job in Australia after completing this course from Equals International in Adelaide Australia through distance learning?

@Roser13 - I am referring to Australian employer. @nurse2033 - I am currently working in UAE but not as nurse. I am a business administration degree holder but I used to work in a pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative. I really want to study in Australia but I know it will be difficult because you to show an upfront fee and have big deposit in your account so I need to save for that. I am thinking to do an aged care via overseas distance learning -online and I found Equals International CRICOS. But need to take some practical assessment in Australia for a month to complete the said course. My problem is that I do not know if I will have a chance to be employed in aged care sector though I am an international student/overseas distance learner?

Hi, Is there anyone can give me feedback with regards to Equals International in Australia? I am planning to study an enrolled nurse division as a international student but quite scarry because I don't know if I can get a job right away after completing this course? or rather to take overseas distance learning of an aged care first? The school told me that I can do this (aged care)then the 3 components like first aid etc..should be done in Australia in 1 month only. Do you think if I go to Autralia to complete the 3 components as a tourist visa can I apply for work afterwards? Is there any employer willing to sponsor? Thanks.
