OCCC Fall 2010 alternates

Any news on how far down the alternate list they are going yet? I thought I had it for this semester and ended up alternate #6. Knowing my luck, they will have 5 alternates.

Good luck, I still have my fingers crossed.

last fall they went to nearly 20 alternates....don't worry. BUT you might get a call close to the start of the semester. worth it though :)

Hey i think you might be in. My friend was #18 then 11 and now they are telling her she's in. It's not official till tomorrow though. Call and speak to **** tomorrow and see what he says.

Nursind advisor told me they almost ALWAYS take at least the top 10 and she said usually its more like 15-20...Dont give up...Hope to see you this Fall! And like the pp said they could call you and give you little notice so have all your ducks in a row like shot records, titers etc. GL!

I was NP1 last semester. There were several of us that re-applied "just in case"...a car wreck, we got sick, we failed, lol. Anyway, I think this was a new thing for them to have so many do this. So...what I'm saying is don't get discouraged by a wait list.

One of my friends got called the day classes started.
