    I watch a lot of youtube videos to help with anything I'm currently studying. Its been a really big help. Lots of explanations.

    Utilize your school’s academic resource center/learning center. Ask if they have a nutrition tutor. As a tutor we were taught how to help students learn how they learn. How do you learn best? Do you use visuals to learn or do you learn by writing things out? Do you learn best by listening? Try to implement your learning styles into your studying.
