Can somebody pls tell me any website that I can use to calculate a 24hour food intake. I need to find out all the amt of nutrients in the food that I ate, and compare it with Recommended Daily ones. Or if some one can show/tell me how to do it manually.
Anyone pls.....
Thank in advance!

I used this program for my nutrition class. Click on 'assess your food intake'. It will give you your nutrient intake, % RDAs, etc.

I like Fitday.com
It has thousands of foods already listed that you can chose from or you can "custom" enter a food you eat often. It will then break down what percentage of you daily food was protein, fat, carbs etc.
