Currently can't decide between NP and CRNA. Both specialties seem very interesting and both are totally different from each other!!! I love the idea of becoming both, but I seem to find that CRNA's have more interesting job opportunites than Nps. For instance, I do not want to work for retail clinics or a doctor office. I find that these options are soooo boring. Any NPs worked both in the hospital and primary care? If so what did you like best and why?? Thanks!!!

If you're thinking NP but really want to work in an inpatient setting, you might check into Acute Care NP programs. Could be a good fit for you.

I work in a hospital--cardiology. Not boring.

I would argue that the NPs have many more interesting and diverse opportunities.
CRNAs no matter the setting are working with anesthesia in one form or fashion.
Sit down write out a list of pros and cons. The contact a few professionals and shadow them.
