Not sure which math....

My school offers the option of taking statistics or concepts. Statistics is required if you want to go back for your BSN. Concepts is an easier class but when I signed up for statistics I wanted to go back for my BSN. But now I'm having a change of heart. I don't think I want to go back....I'm thinking of dropping the class and signing up for concepts. Concepts is an easier class and I'm not good at math...so I figure why do stats if I'm not going for my BSN? I'm 95% sure I don't want to go back. So what would you do? Take it just in case, or just take the easier math class? I figure if I ever do go back, I can always just take stats. Ahhh, I don't know!

Nevermind....I dropped it! Wow, I feel so free, lol!!

I am SO jealous, I am stuck have to take Stats this spring semester! :banghead:

Awww, I'm sorry! I hear it's hard....and especially hard if you don't like math like me. I'm glad our school offers that option. Good luck!!

It can't be any worse than College Algebra, that was the worst class I have taken, EVER. I'm an optimist and hoping it will at least be easier than that class, stats might actually be relevant and make some sense!

Yikes...yeah I'm assuming it's easier then algebra!

stats hasn't been that bad (about half way through the quarter), it's just a way to lie and validate it with numbers. Lots of easy repetitive calcs especially if you have the fancy calculator that does it for you.(as recommended by the instructor) I wouldn't sweat it, much easier than College Algebra and I was gonna clep that class (sat through it b/c if you clep they give you a C so not competitive)

Stats really isn't bad at all, I wouldn't worry about it either.
