What was NOT on your NCLEX test?

I've heard that there are no burn questions where you have to add up the body like 9% plus 9%.

I did not have that on my NCLEX.

Many students have reported questions from different areas, like many peds questions while others report none. :uhoh3:

I've heard that one student did not have a single math question!

Soooooo, what was NOT on YOUR NCLEX? :p

Each test is unique. There is no correlation, so I don't see the point in trying to compare. Best chances for passing fall on those who are well prepared in all areas.

This was just a fun question posed to those who took the NCLEX test. When my entire class tested it was interesting to talk to one another about it etc. That is the way it is when you test. :)

I didn't have any math and pretty much nothing on it that I had spent hours upon hours answering questions in multiple books on either !

Really. That's interesting. You never know what to study for.

I had one burn question where I needed to know my 9's. Most of my questions were SATA and specific drugs (most of which I had never heard of). A friend had tons of drug calculations where I only had 2. My other friend had no SATA and no audio. I had no audio as well. I think the computer just spits out a test. I'm still waiting for results.

Thank you for your answer. That is good to know that there can be a burn question on the test. IT was a few years ago I was told that there were no burn questions so now I know that in fact there can be. :)

Audio? That's new to me.

I did not have any math question, which is one of the things I feared the most. I hear that math questions are lower level questions. I had a lot of infection control and management type questions. I had about 7-9 direct drug questions; like they just gave me a name of a drug and I had to say what it was for. Some of them I knew because of the tricks I learned on HURST Review and others I knew from working in a physician's office and being in charge of keeping the sample closet organized.
