whats gonna happen if you go to uk without the decision letter? i am also with omanfil and it might just happen to me too.

@andy_rn i have inquired via email regarding the references. A senior nurse or clinician may fill it up for you.

Yeah. What happens if you get denied of registration and you are already in the UK? That would be unfortunate!

i dont know what will happen but I guess if you passed genuine requirements which meet their standards nothing will go wrong?

Hello everyone! I am about to pay my assessment fee now, but I seen to have problems regarding my payment. I tried to pay thru my credit card for 3 times already but my payment keeps on being denied. It tells that the financial institution denies my payment. How could this be possible? Could this be a problem in my credit card? Or is this a problem on the part of NMC that I need to call them? I need your help guys as I need to pay my assessment fee asap =)

Base on what I know, you can not practice without a decision letter. Unless a decision letter is in place, you will work under a senior nurse's supervision. Without it, then I'm afraid to say you can not perform any nursing responsibilities and you'll be working as a HCA (Health Care Assistant) or a carer.

they will accept some documents (if you VERY clearly explain which documents and why). ... however, it will take them at least 1-2 weeks to reply to your email and it will take around a month and a half to actually transfer them over.

also, yes, it will take around 3 months or more (unless you're lucky) for them to actually look at your documents and invite you to take OSCE.

hi @lg_loveliegrace and @puccafied. have you received feedback from the nmc?

@blopress my ob gyne has signed my declaration of good health but her email address is in small letters. also, she used her trodot before affixing her signature on top. she used the diagnostic center's dry seal for the stamp part but it was placed at the bottom of the page and not in the box coz their seal is too short. do u have any idea if this is ok? coz i am thinking of just finding someone else to sign the declaration.

@blopress, about sending the three documents together (school, references, and declaration), did u ask nmc about it or just your agency? :) i am aware that asc instructs their nurses to send all 3 to them and they will forward it to london. my concern is that maybe it is only acceptable if it will come from asc or perhaps any agency but not directly from the applicant (school docs). i asked omanfil about it and they told me to send all my docs directly to nmc and the school docs should not go together with the declaration and good health. which means additional fees.
