I have just started with application too. How about the forms for the PRC to fill out? How much did it cost?

Thank you, I think I'll go with FedEx. Although it's costly, at least I'm sure it won't get lost and it'll get to NMC safely. Where will I go when I go to PRC? One more, with regard to the Declaration of Health, is it ok if I'll get it fill-out by any doctor? Or does it need to be my personal doctor? Can you recommend any medical institution who is willing to do the form for me?

i forgot what window to go to in prc..just ask around, theres a particular window for uk and us applicants. With regards to declaration of health, i just went to one of our doctors in the hospital. But before that i had xray and cbc done so that he has basis to clear me.

Thanks again Unfortunately for me, I have had my practice in a primary hospital so basically we only had 2 doctors (one is the chief of the hospital and another one is only a reliever). Do you think my Chief of Hospital would be fit to fill out the form for me? Or should I look for another doctor who doesn't know me personally? If no, then would any doctor be ok to fill it out? Like a doctor from any hospitals?

i think any doctor will do as long as you are not related to him/her.

its not expensive actually. and im quite surprised. i paid about almost 300 for everything in PRC. but I did not have it sent by a courier to the NMC. i wanted to keep a copy for myself and have it notarized. just in case it gets lost

Congrats on passing! What is the state board certification if I may ask? Is that the PRC document that looks like a diploma? Who did you approach to fill up the NMC document? Isn't it that the NMC needs the declaration to be shipped directly from PRC? How did you go about this?

No, I haven't solved it. I'm trying not to lose my temper when doing my uploads. I thought you upload one document at a time, but it still won't accept it. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT HERE?

no its not the diploma looking document. there's a form in the nmc application that you need to download and have it filled up by PRC. this form will be the state board verification form. once you go to info desk at PRC they will give you a state board verification request form, fill it up and submit it to records section. the records will give instruct you to go to cashier then customer service and back to records section.

the uploading of documents in NMC registration is driving me nuts. It just wont upload. Any ideas?
