Aug 1, 201511 yr Have you tried emailing them? It's a more direct way to contact the registrations team, even though it takes about 2 weeks to get a response.Sometimes they answer your question/concerns... sometimes. :)
Aug 1, 201511 yr Hi my nbi clearance has expired and I'm processing a new one now. Can I upload the new one on my application to replace the expired one which I have uploaded before. How do I go about it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a nice day.

Thanks and have a nice day.If you can still edit your form (i.e. you haven't submitted it yet) then you just delete the file and upload the new one. If you've already submitted the form, normally it is impossible to edit it until NMC finishes assessing it and asks you to upload an updated police clearance. You can, however, appeal to them via phone or email that you've made a mistake and if they can allow you to submit an updated NBI clearance.
Aug 1, 201511 yr @KurokocchiNow I am beginning to worry because I have obtained my NBI clearance last 26th of March this year. The submitted forms have been marked as "This document has been received" 21st of June and then my application has been put on queue 3 days after. Is my clearance still valid? Hope you can shed some light on this matter. Thanks.
Aug 1, 201511 yr It should still be valid since I think they base it on the date your assessment started, not when they reach a decision. With the 10-20 days of just "receiving" the documents and 70 days of assessment, nobody would ever get a decision letter since our police clearances would expire well before that time.
