Mich567715, BSN you mean they filled up the nmc form? I worked in hail city before. Scfhs in hail dont fill up forms. According to them, good standing certificate is enough. So what i did was, i requested for a good standing certificate and sent it together with the unfilled nmc form in a sealed scfhs envelope. I remember there's a note on the last part of the nmc form that says something like if the registering body doesnt fill up forms, send their own verification document together with the empty form.
