New and 'fun' things

Anyone care to share any new and possibly 'fun' things you've seen or learned about lately??

I'll start. A pt under the age of 40 who had no risk factors for anything.. Ended up with a pneumothorax. Came in with CP.

What I thought was more surprising was when a male came in who purposely inserted 3 carrots into his rectum.

We had a young guy intentionally insert a bicycle pump into his rectum. Required emergency colostomy after he "overinflated".
