need help on my review

Hey. I'd suggest that you utilize your NCLEX 4000 or Saunder's assessment/diagnostic test to identify your weak areas. Also, when reviewing after answering questions ask yourself: "Am I getting questions wrong because I didn't know anything/lacked knowledge about the topic of the question or did I know about the topic but didn't pick the right answer?" If it's the former, then you might need to review your nursing content either through the Saunders book or a review course. If it's the latter, then you might want to work on your test-taking strategies which is great with Kaplan. The LaCharity book is great for priority questions. Don't use your resources all at once because you will overwhelm yourself. Take them on one at a time. Good luck. :)

I would say start of with a content review, Saunders is a good start, it takes most people 4-6 weeks to read. After you learn your content read Kaplan for test taking strategies and practice Nclex 4000. You can do this!!!

Thanks guys.. wud u guys happen to know if there's a big big difference on the saunders 4th edition vs the 5th? I really pray to God I can do it this time. I know I can I just really need to focus and really work hard. :)

I'm not so sure, but I think I read/heard from somewhere that Saunder's 4th ed CD doesn't have audio lectures (pharma, f/e & acid-base balance), which saunders 5th have.

Yes. Study the resources you have now. Because when you get kaplan as least you will have some content knowledge. Kaplan is closest to the nclex and their questions are more difficult than others. You really have to critically think with kaplan.
