American Heart Association has ACLS courses on line where you pay a fee and do the Mega code at a training center. You can do the class on line, the various modalities and test. Then take the test to a training center and do the Mega Code. Call your local fire stations or American Heart Association to see where the training centers are and if they assist with ACLS training.

Doesn't your hospital offer it?
Otherwise here's the link to the AHA's options -- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) It looks like you can take the first part online, but the exam part (at the least) has to be in-person. It's a simulation thing where the instructor gives you a scenario, you go in to see your dummy, and it codes--each student gets their own scenario and then has to lead the "code."

Having just done the online version of ACLS through AHA I highly recommend doing it in person, although I think I learned a lot more doing it online, it was a long 5 hours of sitting in the kitchen! I think an actual class, although it takes the same amount of time, is easier to take since there are other people there to interact with. I only did it online because I may have been a little irresponsible and forgot I had the class on the day that it was... Learned that lesson!
As the above poster mentioned if you do it online you still have to find an instructor to do a practical portion so you can get your card.

look at the AHA website. They have a list of training centers in your area whom you may contact. Ought to be plenty in Tupelo and Memphis if you are willing to drive

Make sure your employer will accept an online class; mine won't. Call around to some of the larger hospitals to see if you can get into one of their classes. Call your local ambulance/fire service; I have taken ACLS at a fire house several times before. It was a good mix of ER doctors, paramedics, firemen and nurses.
