NCLEXRNprep.com

Hello. I'm a new RN graduate and will be taking my NCLEX in June. We completed the ATI review as part of our program but I was wondering if anyone had used the practice tests from this site? I am looking for not just practice questions from books but ones in the same format so I am not intimidated when I set for the NCLEX. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Bundy

The school I attended used ATI through the entire program and I do think that ATI was helpful. I'm not for sure what site's practice tests you are referring to in your question. Are you referring to ATI?

To prepare for the NCLEX I used the Saunder's CD and the Kaplan review class as well as their online tools.

Good luck!

I think the Kaplan Q Bank is a good resource, but any resource will be helpful if you make good use of it. Try to find out if this site that you mention is legitimate or not before you send them money for a product. Kaplan and other well known exam prep businesses are well known and deliver the product they advertise.

I am looking at a website with "Realistic NCLEX Practice Exams." The website is http://www.NCLEXRNprep.com and they offer a free demo exam, however since I have not taken an NCLEX before, I'm not really sure if it is "realistic" or not. I was hoping that someone had experience with the site. Thanks, Bundy

Exam Cram is a very good resource that you can invest in as well.

Thank You, I will be checking that out tonight.

I took boards in Jan. 2011. I used the kaplan test questions, but never took the Kaplan class. The test questions are exactly like what you will see on boards. The questions are in the same format, so that helped me calm my nerves. I would 100% recommend these test questions more than anything. I also used the exam cram book when I would get tired of doing questions. The most important thing is to get used to doing practice questions. My best advice I received was "do questions until you want to vomit questions!!" I was dreaming questions by the end :)

I finished with 75 questions and thought that either I was really prepared or the test was not as hard as everyone made it out to be. Good Luck!! Hope this helps

Where did you get the Kaplan test questions if you did not do the class?

When you sign up at kaptest.com you can choose to only buy the practice questions.

I'm studying using ATI and I have a friend who won a free Kaplan course, so we're using her QBank. Let me know if the ATI actually helps, I'm hoping to schedule my NCLEX for July!!
