Nclex yesterday!!

:confused: Took RN NCLEX yesterday. This is the worst waiting. The computer shut off at 75. Lots of priority, pick all that apply and one question I never heard of the drug or disease! I walked out feeling comfortable with only two questions, the rest I just don't know. I did great in school and did well on NCLEX studies but I feel I just wasn't prepared for this. I have been checking this site and everyone seems so supportive. Its hard for other people to understand this stress. Please think good thoughts for me!!

when i first read your post i was going to say that it appears that you had the pattern most people get when they pass at 75 questions. i'm glad that this was the case for you! now, go out, celebrate, and i hope you have many, many happy years wearing the title "rn". :)
