My school is using Nclex 3500. I purchased the individual cd and I love it. It gives you the rationale, so you can review the right and wrong answers.
thanks... i know some schools use the instutional version. I'm trying to practice using this. i'm hoping it helps... just wonder how it compares to the nclex

I can't stand the disk & find it a complete waste of my time (as do my classmates). There are numerous content errors and there are problems associated with bookmarking tests. The program with "freeze" up on you and you'll loose the test you're taking (which is a problem for us because we have to submit completed/passing tests before graduation).
We are having so many problems with it that a Lippincott rep is coming out to meet with us on Monday!
I wouldn't buy this book and wouldn't even use it if you got it free! I do agree with you about the Saunders book - it's great! Good Luck

My school recommended NCLEX 3500 for after graduation. I tried it for several weeks then just gave up. Like the above said, the program would freeze every so often, therefore losing your test so you had to start over again. Also...if you selected the right answers for the select all that apply and "hot spots" they marked it wrong even though it was actually right. Lots of "bugs" on the software. Overall i thought it was just ok. But good luck with the studying!

I highly recommend Saunder's book for content and also use the Saunder's Q & A book. It comes with a CD and you should do all the content on it which is about 5000 questions. It is good. Then I suggest you use Kaplan (if you purchase it) and just do question trainer 6 & 7. Worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used the NCLEX3500, but I used it off of the emory.edu website for free. Someone had posted the website address on here. I can give it to you if you would like. You might want to PM me and ask for it as I can never refind a thread that I post to. I also bought the Davis NCLEX review book and loved it. Good luck to you.

hi. if you have no problem with the internet, theres no need to buy the software. i used the free online version and i definitely recommnend it. it was very helpful. heres the link:
sorry, the link is no longer offering free review.

THere is no FREE online version. Lippincott would never consent to have a 50.00 product on oine for free. BE careful of copyright infringement.
