Is it okay to study from an NCLEX book that has a 2007 publish date? I was looking at the NCLEX Made Incredibly East book and there is a 2007 version and a 2010. Will it matter which one I get?

The content may matter, but the test taking strategy, probably not. Kaplan says they release a new edition fairly frequently due to the content change.

Are u buying incredibly easy for practicing question or is for content?
I'm not sure I was thinking of getting both. I know the NCLEX exam itself has not been updated (I believe since 2007), that is why I ask.

Thats not true the Nclex was just updated either March of 2010 or 2011. I cant remember the exact year but I have just read that. I thinks it 2011 but I am not 100% sure. I remember reading March though. Check out some of the nclex blogs on here alot of ppl have been talking about the change.

A 2007 book may be outdate, if you can afford buy a Saunders 4th or 5th, Lacharity and Kaplan strategies review book. I don't know about NCLEX_PN but, NCLEX_RN was updated in April 2010.

The majority of nursing content does not change from year to year. But it is always best to get the latest edition of any book to take advantage of any significant changes that may have occurred, such as test format in this case.
