NCLEX rn application problem

Hi, i just want to ask if any of you have ever encounter any problems on application like the BON have issued a new number of units required to be eligible on taking the exam,, they said that i have to study again in order to complete the deficiency.. but the previous students who took last year did'nt encounter problems like this,,

    Hi guys! i am also applying for the exam,in here at the CA. im a graduate nurse from the philippines, batch 2010, from taytay rizal. i apply like a year and a half and they keep asking for more document etc. and after i submit all that i just got my recent mail from the BON and they telling me about the same problem you got... so frustrating...

    any help or suggestions...
