Nurses, how did you filled-up the #5 date started and completed, and the number of hours worked if you only put only 2 hospitals? Since we have 4 semesters of clinicals, did you put the date starting from ncm 101 to 102 with 816 hours (408+408 hours, since we have 408 hours per semester) in hospital A? and on hospital B, from 104 to 105 with 816 hours????? I'm asking this because one of the NURSES here did not require by the board to fill-up the declaration form, I believe that's proudpinay. I think it's because she processed a new requirement from her school and did not request a records transfer from the BRN. Likewise for me. From the status of the bvnpt evaluation right now which there are more applicants than before (like the month of April-July), I think mine will take more than 5 or 6 months for them to finish the evaluation. I just want to know if there are others with the same situation who did not requested the BRN to transfer their records and who did not required by the bvnpt to fill-up a declaration. I haven't received a reply regarding my initial evaluation yet, I hope they won't request for another requirements anymore.

A question for those who already have the eligibility for nclex-lvn and those who already passed. Did the board required all of you to submit the declaration of nursing education? Thank you :)

Exactly! I think discrimination will always be present as long as there's diversity here. Did anyone here heard of any news regarding the using of false documents to be an RN? Just wondering because I never watched or heard anything from the media. I just want to be informed regarding that issue. :)

some analysts require a transfer fee but you're lucky if yours is free. For me my analyst required me of the fee. It may take time for them to transfer your records to bvnpt according to other members here so just be patient. :)

Thanks for an update. Do you know what school he attended in the Phil? Good luck to all who are going to take nclex either rn or lvn. We can do it since we are good test takers even we had different clinical experience during our program and we have a language barrier. :)

I'm applying for lvn, waiting for their long-awaited reply. you can apply as a CNA or med clerk but you need a certificate for other facilities
