Hello, I took my nclex-rn this morning at 8am in Utica, NY. How long typically before it's posted on the "quick results"? How about the licence number? Does pearson post it before the state posts the licence number?
My test shut off at 82, I felt like I only 100% knew half the questions and really struggled with the rest... what was your experience like?

You should be fine. My test shut off at 80-85 questions, and I passed the first try. I felt the same way when my test was over. If you can, go out and do something really fun and be nice to yourself. All those hours and all that studying will pay off. In Alabama, we know within 2 days if we passed or not. Hang in there!!:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat
Thank you. I've been up sice 4am, after not sleeping too well last night in anticipation..now I'm delerious! I was shocked with the exam, I graduated with honors last month from our nursing program, but the nclex made me feel like I didnt know anything:( Now the anticipation is killing me.

Does the computer shut off automatically or does someone control the stopping point?
It just goes blank. You answer one question at a time, and hit "next" and at one point, you hit "next" and your screen goes blank then a screen comes up and says you have completed the exam. My stomach sank when it went blank..
OMG!! I see. That was enough to make you feel the way you did. I probably would have passed out. I hope you are feeling better.:heartbeat
How do you even check the status with the BON? I went on the NYSBON website and cant seem to find a link to check the status or anything

My authorization to test actually gave a number for MO test takers to call and, for a fee, get the results in two to three days. You may want to just re-read some of those documents. It sounds like you did a good job!
Yeah, those are to check in with pearsonvue, I was trying to figure it out for the nysbod.
Different topic.... on of the staff members posted on another forum that a lot of priority questions were a good sign..... anyone else have that experience/opinion?

Use the website to verify your license.......MN has an individual licensure verification utility on their website. Find the similar link on your state page. Type your name in and if you passed the test you will be able to see yourself...
Oh, the painful, painful wait...........

Moved to the NCLEX forum. NY has a verification as I remember taking mine and checking there my name, saying that it was the day after I was told I had passed
