i just want to ask you guys about what states in the US that are not requiring one to be a local board passer? because i just graduated last april and i want to apply as soon as possible...

Why don't you check the BONs yourself?? Link is provided for all BON at bottom of page.
Why the hurry?? It's better to apply where you want to work.

Any particular reasons why you haven't sat NLE? Be aware just because you apply to a state that doesn't require it you may still need it if the state you really want to work in requires it. Also with retrogression you have several years ahead of you and employer may require current nursing experience which you may not have.

Hmmm I didn't know there were states that didn't require it.
just askin.. im planning to apply for california.. i don't have my license yet because im just gonna take my exam on june.. so im gonna get it by august.. im just gonna make a letter why i still do not have my license here.. thanx
