Kaplan questions vs. UWorld questions?!
Which ones help prepare you for the NCLEX better?
Which ones mimic the NCLEX questions more?

I used Kaplan and thought that it really helped me! I haven't heard of UWorld but I can definitely say that Kaplan was very similar format wise to NCLEX. I'm sure you will do fine=) Goodluck!

I never heard of uworld. But I remember using NEC. I am a very visual person, and their mnemonic illustrations really helped me pass the NCLEX.

Everyone is different. Kaplan worked for me, but the next person might say uworld worked better. Research different threads on AN (trust me there are plenty) from people that have used both and think about which style may work best for you.
The layout of Kaplan was just like NCLEX so it helped relieve some of that anxiety. I felt like I was taking another Kaplan Qbank test. The rationales are great and the questions are a bit harder than NCLEX, so it gets you thinking. Kaplan helps mainly with testing strategies, but their Qbank is full of questions that force you to critically think.
However, I never used uworld, so I have no comparison, nor can I tell you which one I liked best or which one is better to me. Thus, do your research. I guarantee everyone is going to have something different to say.
